The Property Shop Rentals at Walker Real Estate Experts is located just outside the Main Gate of Ft. Leonard Wood. We are a locally owned company with strong ties to the community. We serve a growing need for a professional property management company that specializes in residential property. As a co-owner of the Walker Real Estate Team, I work directly with Johna to find the best home for your family, whether renting or buying. I specialize in rentals, and have experience in all areas of real estate.


Christy Cooper, Leasing Specialist

As the spouse of an Active Duty Soldier, I enjoy helping Soldiers and their families meet their rental housing needs. I specialize in showing property and developing lease agreements to both owners' and tenants' satisfaction. Once homes are rented, I work closely with the tenants to make sure the home is well cared for and to make renting from The Property Shop Rentals a pleasant experience.


Jonathan Rex, Home Maintenance Coordinator

I have lived in the Pulaski County area for over 10 years. I have recently completed construction of my home in Maries County. My family has been in the construction industry most of my life. It’s my job to make the homeowner aware of any problems that may come up with their home. I work with both tenants and vendors to make the necessary repairs in a timely manner with the least amount of disruption as possible. I also do routine inspections of our properties to assure our homeowners and tenants that the properties are well maintained and care for. I look forward to speaking with you soon.

I have lived in this beautiful area for the last 36 years. As the youngest of three of a military family and head cleaner for a locally owned business for eight years I know exactly what it takes to clear housing. I have been in management for many years and know the importance of doing all tasks right from the beginning. ‘Time is money and money is time’ as the old saying goes. I am very observant and thorough and will give the rental property the full attention that the owners and tenants expect from beginning to end.
